A roast goose is the Traditional centre to the Christmas meal providing a rich succulent meat that everyone can enjoy. Our free range geese are dry plucked and waxed here at Beech Ridge Farm and hung for a minimum of 14 days to ensure a deeply satisfying sensational flavour. Your free range goose will be prepared ready for the oven with giblets in a bag inside the bird and carefully boxed.

Please note: Order by midnight Sunday for a delivery on Wednesday (Delivery could possibly arrive on Thursday due to our delivery company seeing increased demand. Always Thursday for Scotland delivery)
